year 213 after conquest and further...
White Ravens
As white ravens fly from Oldtown, white mists travel southward. A long summer had brought strife and chaos. An even longer winter would bring uncertainty.
Winter came for House Stark as the North, beaten down from raids and the terrible losses in the Riverlands, consolidated in their halls, bringing in the lifesaving harvest before the break of dark.
The Lannisters repaid their debts as the Westerlands, entombed after the destruction of the Riverroad, parlayed with both the Riverlords and the rebellious Falconlord, hoping to recover from their losses and not impede the tide coming for the capital.
In the desolated Riverlands, the old ways called for justice. Only ever beaten by the rose of Highgarden, the host rising out of the mud put fear in the hearts of the Stag and the Falcon alike, as they did not know, where their banner marched.
The Reach would grow strong in Winter, as the flow of grain would decide who's smallfolk kept marching. A capable force, dedicated to peace could bring balance, but set for revenge, the realm would burn brighter than Stoney Sept.
The fury of the Stormlands was on display as the rebel armies burned the Kingswood and breached the Prince's Pass. As kings in all but name, their armies sallied in all directions, but all directions, was where the danger came from. With the beginning of winter, their war chest might thin and their allies might sour.
Honor sat high atop the Red Mountains as the Vale pushed a gruesome war ahead. The Dornish and Targayen forces on their side, the Falcon knights worked on deposing the feeble minded King Rhaegel for his brother, even as the cold winds of Winter filled their sails.
