Houses of the Crownlands, of the Iron Islands & of the Free Cities of Essos
The Crownlands
It was the First Men that came first, from the Disputed Lands, through the Broken Arm. Then, the Andals of Andalos sailed toward the Bay of Crabs & many shores besides, great knights of the Seven. Then the Rhoynar burned their fleet by the shores of the Summer Sea. Lastly, it was the Dragonlords of Old Valyria, the descendants of Daenys & Aenar, who landed atop a smoldering rock & from there, conquered the Seven Kingdoms. So, they became King's of the Andals, the Rhoynar & the First Men. The history of Westeros has always been the
history of Essos. The vast continent that had breathed
life into the Narrow Sea...

House Velaryon of Driftmark
The great seafarers, although never Dragonlords in their own rights, survived the Doom of Valyria & were for a long time the wealthiest house in the realm. Their fortunes soured during the Dance, with Spicetown & their grand seat of High Tide being put to the torch. Now, still important, the power of the Seahorse wains by the year. If they wish to grow out of the shadow of the Dragon once again, they must take drastic action to prevent their demise.

House Celtigar of Claw Isle

There were not two Valyrian Houses who survived the Doom but three! House Celtigar of Claw Isle, the rightful rulers of Crackclaw Point hold the steel to prove it. Their pure Valyrian blood boils for recognition & their deserved place in the halls of power.
2
!
Lord Celtigar rules over Crackclaw in name alone as most petty lords of the peninsula either refuse taxes or provide only a fraction of what is owed. Not wishing to violate the King's Peace himself, his bids for action by the crown fall on deaf ears.
It is said that his heir has far more drastic actions in mind, if he ever escaped his lord fathers watchful gaze.

House Greyjoy of Pyke
The Reavers Lords of Pyke have terrorized the Seven Kingdoms long before Aegon's conquest, with the Hoare King's of old conquering the entire Trident. So are the old ways, the ways of the Drowned God. To not sow nor plow, to pay the iron price instead of the gold. For ages, the Dragonriders have kept the isles at bay. But there are no Dragons anymore, yet Krakens still lurk in the deep.

!
They say his blood runs cold as the sea. The lord Reaper of Pyke is preparing a frightful fleet, poised for the inaction of the scholar king. This tide will threaten all shores it washes across.

House Drumm of Old Wyk
The dead hand of Old Wyk is an ancient rival of the Westermen, rumored to have stolen their Valyrian Steel blade, Red Rain, from the lords of Castamere. They reave more often & more distantly than the other raiders, which allows them to project a greater respect than their actual contribution to the fleets.
2

The young Lord Drumm is an aggressive man, with little inhibition & without sound council to curb his desires. He struggles with a cunning brother who's convinced to make his mark before him.

House Blacktyde of Blacktyde
The isle of Blacktyde sits isolated of the chain, often too distant for trade to trickle to them naturally. Thus, the lords of Blacktyde have mostly sailed in less desired positions.
